Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (EU). You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at info@denselines.com within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Our 30-day guarantee. On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DenseLines, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase.

Condition of returns. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be resold; you may still test the product the way you would in a store. Where a product is returned used beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics, we may make a proportionate deduction from the refund, as permitted by EU consumer law.

How to return. Email info@denselines.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipment), using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Faulty or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@denselines.com — we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
