Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship across the European Union, and to selected other countries (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland).

Shipping costs.

• EU: €4.90 flat rate — free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
• Other countries: €6.90 flat rate.
• Sweden: 65 SEK (free over threshold shown at checkout); Express 99 SEK.

Delivery time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 6–10 days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Discreet packaging. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.

Customs and import fees. Orders shipped within the EU incur no customs fees. For non-EU destinations, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Problems with delivery. If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, contact info@denselines.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.
